Text of Complaint by Bhavana PB:

I have cancelled an item on 30 th may 2020 and raised a request to refund Rs 5749. They have provided me with a reference number of the transaction made by them and asked me to wait till 11th june 2020. On 11th june I have again called the flipkart customare representative, at that time they asked me to check with my bank. Bank officials said that they didnt got any transaction of Rs 5749. Again I tried to call the flipkart executive but they have disabled the call requesting option from the Flipkart mobile application. Only write a query open option was available. I wrote my query many times but everything goes unnoticed except one time in which they asked me to wait for 3 days inorder to get a call from their side but I didnt get any calls from flipkart after that message. And they are not available at their tollfree number also. When I tried to mail to the flipkart customercare, I got a message in response that the mail ID is not in use. Then I wrote my query in their FB page and messaged from FB then I got a response with a new reference number. Today 3rd July 2020 I went to the bank and asked to check with the reference number. They told me that, that referece number can be used by the bank from which the transaction was initiated. Where do I complain Now??
