Sir with due respect, I want to say that I have cancelled 2 products i.e.
1) VeBNoR Solid Men Black, Grey Track Pants with order id OD225234339018280000 and Amount of Rs 349 on 18th july 2022. The refund was initiated by Flipkart in two part i.e. Rs 324 and Rs 25 through paytm upi . I have only received an amount of Rs 324 only with reference number 216900025280.
2) Fort Collins Solid Men Black Track Pants with order id OD225234100312702000 and amount of Rs 363 on 17 july 2022. The refund was initiated by Flipkart in two part i.e. Rs 338 and Rs 25 through paytm upi. I have only received an amount of Rs 338 only with reference number 216885473359 .
Sir, in my both refunds I have not received my Rs25 in each via Paytm UPI or in Paytm Wallet. I have contacted flipkart customer care and seniors several times from the last 5-6 days. They said many steps like contact branch, paytm customer care etc. I have done all the steps as guided by your team, but then also I have not received my amount in both refunds.
As per contact with paytm customer care they are saying no refund of amount has been initiated by flipkart and there is no pending amount to be settled, I also provided both reference number to paytm customer care i.e. 216900025280 and 216885473359 and they said only amount of rs324 and rs338 has been sended, No other amount of 25rs has been initiated by flipkart on that reference number and they said there might be another reference for 25rs and said to ask.
Then again I contacted flipkart and told them all the conversation, but your team said no reference is provided for25rs from the seller. As all the time different members received the call they provided different data or facts.
Sir with humble request i want to say that please check my issue where my amount of 25rs has been stuck. Please also confirm from the seller whether the amount has been sended or not and refund my amount and also provide me with a transaction reference number of both products with 25rs.
