I got cheated by jio fiber vendor. He asked me to pay 2469 rs for 3 months rental plan of 100mbps speed (699) plan. But when I pay him through link which is given by him, he made me three times to pay, because of server issue. Then I asked why I should pay 3 times, he advised my refund amount will be back, so not to worry. Hence I kept calling to jio fiber customer care and as well as his manager. They are saying my amount will be back, still not received . Total amount rs 4689 should be refunded from jio fiber company
