Dear Sir,
I would like to bring in your notice that I have booked a ticket PNR number 6220399240 through IRCTC from Dhanbad to New Dethi on 04/10/18 to travel on 10/10/18.
But due to some problem I could not use the ticket for the same and cancelled the ticket on 09/10/18. The cancellation transaction id 100001467511609 and refund id 100000272148018 are of the ticket. But refund amount is not credited in my account yet. For your reference detail of the ticket is attached with this.
Requested you kindly look into the matter.
