I purchased a product (Mattress) of 7674/- on 17th Oct’2020 from Flipkart. since product is not as expected I have opted for a refund from the Flipkart on 22nd Oct’20. Product was picked up by the seller on 14th Nov’20 and I still didn’t get the refund. I had close to 23 conversations with Flipkart for no resolution. Since Flipkart is not ready for the refund I need a compensation of 2 Lakhs for this delay.
