I order a headphone on 14 may 22 and received on 19 may 22 whixh was empty box and filed a return request on 20 may, my product has been returned and all process has been done for the same but still I didn’t received my refund. I called many time to their helpline number but all executive are not responded properly. They think customers are fools and make them fools only.
I request you to please take legal action and initiate the refund in my jio mart wallet.
