We made booking of flight ticket from Chennai to Hyderabad and Hyderabad to Mumbai for 14th August 2022 in the name of Mrs. Vijaya Muralidharan through Travolook and ref no.530815997 on the 1st July 2022. The payment was made but the ticket was cancelled by the agent due to technical issues.
It was informed that the refund of the amount of Rs.6,687/- will be made within 15 days. But till date no refund has been made. I had raised the issue with support@travolook.in. Mails were sent from Sept 2022 till date. I also called their helpline but the travel agency is giving various excuses and have not refunded the amount.
I attached the credit credit statement, passbook details and undertaking as requested by Travolook to process the refund but till date there has been no resolution
