Hi Team,

I done a recharge to the Airtel postpaid no: 994015…. on 30th June 2020 using Inditab ,transaction was successful with Transaction Id: 10615534091 for the amount of Rs.399 but recharge failed( plz refer the attachment) .As mentioned,I expected to receive the refund amount within 48 hrs due to recharge failed reason but still I didn’t receive the above said amount. So,Kindly do the needful to get my transaction amount back to my account without any further delay.
