Dear Sir/Madam
As per GO AIR Flight has been cancelled by airlines vide Ref. No.REF505791904 PNR . IEJ28E & TENE6U.
They Have refund full Amount within a week. Flight Ticket details are below.This mount have been recd. by you on 02/07/2021.
But you have not paid me. I call to your Customer Care Executive Ms Bhawna many times. She Said that this amount has been credit in your account before 30 aug,21 after 30th aug she again said that your account has been credited before 10 th sept,21. but i have not recd. any amount. today i call to customer care Ms. Khusbu.she has promise that amount has been credited before 16/9/21. I have already confirmed GOFIRST AIR.
I have not wait more times. I take legal action in your company “TRAVLOOK” & listed in your company.
Kindly Trf. Refund amount in my account immediately.
