Sir/Madam
I have purchased book from Amazon and pay by using Amazon pay later balance in which my lending partner is Axio. After that I repay my loan amount then after few days I placed return order and then I have to get my money refund between 24/06/2023-29/06/2023 but I didn’t get my refund amount. I have already shared my bank statement for the month of June and july 2023 to Axio team in which no transaction is mentioned for the same amount and i have already contacted with Amazon team but they both are unwilling to help. Kindly help me to get my money back.
