Text of Complaint by Onkar:

I had made a booking for “Hotel Green Olive” in Aurangabad through their website and booking operator is “Easeroom”. But, due to covid I had to cancel. Even for cancellation they did not have anything on their website and also the hotel staff did not know on how to cancel the booking. Later after multiple discussions with hotel their operator EASEROOM manually cancelled booking and sent me a mail stating the amount will be refunded within 10 days. But now it has been more than 27 days and neither hotel nor Easeroom people are answering my calls.

Please help me with this issue and stop such fraudulent hotels and operations from functioning and cheating customers.
