On 12th August, I placed an order through Meesho app for COD. The courier guy collected the amount and handed over the package. Once opened, found that they have delivered defective and wrong product. I raised a complaint to Meesho asking for refund, now they are saying this package was not sent my Meesho and will not refund your amount. If Meesho has not sent the order, how did the package have the same order number printed on the package and how did the courier guy know my address to collect the money for the order.
