I have booked flight for 7 members on April 18 through MakeMyTrip,Booking ID NF20153260893598 and it got cancelled due to covid.
I have intiated refund request and rs.18081 got credited in my makemytrip wallet from indigo airlines.After that I initated refund to my bank account from makemytrip wallet.
After this makemytrip wallet balance got deducted and is not credited in my bank account.
I have tried their customer care number, no one picking up the call.Even I tried mail too.For the mail will get an automated reply “chose the chat service”,.Then tried with chat service ,that also not working.
I raise this compliant to get my money back
