Place order on 5th Oct OnePlus 7T it’s delivery on 7th Oct
It’s not good one I place replacement
And that’s not fresh and good condition
So I placed refund request
You delivery boy get package from me on 17th Oct
But still I am not get my refund amount
As per the your return and refund policy 3 to 5 working day
But it’s take more than 10 days
But still no response from your side
I placed the order using my credit card
Because of your delay I have any charge on my credit statement
Your are the responsibility for that
And go to take legal action to you due to delay it’s worth customer service of Amazon
