am mostly your regular customer. I ordered an Assembled Intel Core 2 Duo Computer set on 26/12/2022. But for Better configuration I called this order. My order Id and refund Id are attached herewith for your kind consideration. As per your information the amount Rs.9465/- will be refunded on 02.01.2023. But till now the above amount has not deposited in my Credit Card till now. But The HDFC bank already shows outstanding amounts and converted EMI in my credit card bills.
t is a matter of shame that HDFC had already charged two EMI amounts against Rs. 9465/- for ordering an Assembled Intel Core 2 Duo Computer set on 26/12/2022. But I cancelled my order because it had already informed you in previous mail.As per your information the amount Rs.9465/- will be refunded on 02.01.2023. But why did the bank charge me two emi amounts? You are requested to either deliver me the above-mentioned items as early as possible or refund my total amounts with interest in my HDFC bank Credit card account as early as possible. The Bank deduction details are attached for your kind reference.
