I have placed an accessory order for car mattress worth Rs. 1709 in Gomechanic web site on 23-05-2021 and same was cancelled by me on 25-05-2021. I got an email that states” your order was cancelled an amount will be credited to your account in 5 to 7 days. But it was not done. I have called customer care several times(about 20 times), but the issue was not resolved. Finally the have provided the contact number of Mr. Rakesh Sharma, who take care of accessory department, I have contacted him over phone on 06-06-2021, he took all my details and stop responding to my calls.
Today is 16-06-2021, Still I didn’t get refund amount
