I have ordered one wardrobe by Neelkamal, at the time of installation, the person has damaged the product, that why i didn’t accepted, and asked amazon for return and refund,
after successful completion of return, i am still waiting for my payment to be credited into my account, everyday i call amazon and they says the same word that they have paid the amount, and i need to contact my bank, so i contacted bank , also the bank denied that they have not found any pending payment related to the reference no provided by amazon,
now i am in a big trouble, please help me out with my hard earned money .
