I purchased a product from Flipkart on 12th November 2022. I paid Rs. 529/- via 2 payment methods, Rs. 29 from Paytm wallet and Rs. 500 from Flipkart gift card wallet. I got it delivered on 17th November 2022 but i didn’t like the product so i requested a return and refund for the product and it was accepted. Product was picked up on 18th November 2022. I was only refunded Rs. 29 in my Paytm wallet but Rs. 500 hasn’t been refunded to my Flipkart gift card wallet yet. But on their app it says they have refunded the amount but infact it hasn’t been. So I contacted Flipkart customer support for the same but didn’t tend to solve my issue instead they were just wasting my time on purpose. They didn’t even reply me to my Twitter Direct Message to them
