I have booked a Flight ticket from Calicut to Delhi on 15/02/2021 through Travolook for Rupees 9520/-. I got a mail from this company saying that my booking was in progress with ref no:REF900814857.A supporting staff from this company called me and said that the airline fare is fluctuating so you must either pay another 1000 rupees or cancel the ticket.then I decided to cancel the ticket and asked them to refund the amount.then they send an Email saying that my booking is cancelled and an amount of 9520 will be refunded to your account within 10-15 days. but the amount is not credited to my account till the date.I tried to contact several times but they were not responding….
