I ordered a helmet(OD428310677646043100) Rs.966 on Flipkart mobile application on 9th June. According to Flipkart, it will be delivered in two days,But it was not delivered in two days.So I canceled my order.
Flipkart said that the money I paid will be refunded to my account on June 16th. I waited till the date they mentioned, but the amount was not refunded to my account.When I contacted them again, they said that they have already paid the money in my account on 16th. As they said no money refunded took place in my account. Even after contacting them every three days they keep adding time and not fixing the problem.This action of theirs is causing me a lot of time and stress. So I request you to intervene in this matter and find a permanent solution
