I have refunds due from the company. Everytime I call they assure me that the amount will be credited back to the source in 5-7 working days but it has been almost 2 months since I have been writing mails to them and conversing with them and no refund has been received. I checked the forum and the company has similar complaints against them in the past. The total amount receivable combining both the refunds is about 10,000/-. Please help as my correspondences with the company are proving to be futile.
