Regarding bus ticket which booked on paytm on June 1st, 2020 of rupees 1638 but it got cancelled for that amount is not credited yet to my account. Almost 6 months over and contacted customer care more than 30 times, dropped multiple mail to paytm , nodal officer. Nothing has been taken action and still there is no status.
Please help me to resolve this issue.
