Text of Complaint by Irfan:

It’s been more then 3 months, I have ordered a smartphone on Amazon.in using SBI debit card, the order went undelivered and refund initiated by Amazon, but the amount never refunded back to the default account by bank or Amazon. I tried so many time with the bank and customer care and all left in vain.
