Dear sir / ma’am
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have faced regarding my order (Order No: OD4348633582268921100).
I ordered a Vega Jet Old School Motorbike Helmet on 06/07/2025 and received the product on 08/07/2025. I requested to return the item the very next day on 09/07/2025. I received an SMS stating that a pickup was scheduled for 12/07/2025. However, I received another SMS informing me that due to unavoidable events, the pickup could not be completed, and a reattempt would occur within 24 to 48 hours.
Today, 19/07/2025, I was surprised to find a notification that my refund request has been canceled with the message stating, “We’re sorry. We are unable to process your refund request. Please refer to Seller Return Policy.”
I have attached screenshots of the Flipkart page and the SMS details for your reference. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly, as I believe the return request is valid based on the delays and communication I have received.
