Text of Complaint by Priti Shivankar:

I have booked two set of tickets one for Pune to Ajni (PNR – 8438119995) and Another for Nagpur to Gondia ( PNR – 8715919680) on date 17th February, 2019.

After that on 6th March, 2019 I have cancelled both the tickets partially and for the same I have to get Rs.2050 and Rs.100 as refund amount.

On 12th March, 2019 I got the email that these amount is refunded, but when I checked the bank statement I didn’t found entry for the deposit amount.

After this I have send the email to care@irctc.co.in with the attached copy of my bank statement from date 16th February, 2019 to date   26th March, 2019 showing there is not having any refund amount entry.

I called customer care on Customer Care Numbers : 0755-6610661 many times. They said you request is forwarded to the department they will get back to you in 8 hours or a day, but no one called me or send a response email to me for the same.

This is very bad experience from irctc. Still I am waiting for the response.

Please check, this is all about customer satisfaction.
