Good Day,
I was opted and took connection Jio fiber on January 05,2021 and order number (NO0000G32TOB) and Number is 8079669516. After using days after my cable has cutoff on January 26,2021 and raised a service request to resume my connection but they are not resume my connection. So that the reason I was cancelled the service on February 01,2021 and after Jio service engineer came on February 12,2021 to uninstall the system and on that I have given my bank account details with IFSC code to refund amount as per policy to Jio service engineer. After that I spoken with them several times to refund the amount but there is no response from them.
In between when I was contacted customer service people I asked the question I took the connection on my wife name and I have given my bank details for that reason your not giving refund amount while asked they told not like that. And even when I took the connection from my account G-Pay (UPI Transaction ID 100512274865)transferred the amount Rs 2500/-.
