On 08-May-2021, I tried to purchase “LG 14 Place Settings Under-Counter Dishwasher with TrueSteam, QuadWash, Inverter Direct Drive Technology, DFB424FP” online, transaction (BANK EMI) completed but in Reliance digital portal it is showing as ” Status: Payment Unsuccessful, but later bank confirmed that amount got transferred and my EMI started, many time approached Reliance customer care and raised ticket and ticket number isĀ PNR00907549, PNR00899150, but no response, every time I hear one answer backend team will approach since I lost one EMI, I tried for Consumer court but it is very difficult to log as there lots of process, documents …affidavit…

I don’t know what to do…:(
