I have book bus on 4dec, rfor marriage, received details of bus operator, operator was denied for booking on 4nd dec bus not available bus operator, discuss with redbus customer and clear told to refund all last 3 booking for this bus cancel, now 2 booking amount refund and one is balance, and redbus is denied to refund this amount
