Text of Complaint by VINOD KUMAR PANDRAKA:

I booked four rooms at “Capital O 86047 Hotel Sunview” for 2 days (12th and 13th AUG, 2022) through “booking.com” — confirmation number – 3333547533. OYO handled the property as per the booking.com app. We reached the hotel and the property owner told that they had withdrawn the OYO franchise and now they are under Fab hotels franchise. I contacted the number through booking.com app, and the line connected to OYO care. They took the issue and tried to book another few properties but failed because of unavailability of rooms. OYO care asked me to raise complaint for refund and I did it after two days as per the customer executive instructions. They asked my bank details and I forwarded that too. Two weeks gone but still no response from OYO. I put a mail but still no response.
Take necessary action on booking.com for not having the information of the hotels they are maintaining in their app.
And also on refund my amount which was promised by OYO through the mail.
Resolve this issue as early as possible.
