I booked one flight ticket from Chennai to Coimbatore through TRAVOLOOK and the money has been taken from my account but the ticket was not issued and says that, ticket got cancelled and the money will be refunded within 5 working days. I booked ticket on 25th September 2021. After 5 days i called up TRAVOLOOK and enquired that, still i haven’t received my money. The customer Care person said, within a couple of days the money will come to my account and almost every week i used to call the TRAVOLOOK customer care and every time, they will put on hold and i used to wait for so long and this cause me mental and psychological trauma. Its Almost 40 days plus and still the money hasten come to my account. I need a legal support in this case and TRAVOLOOK should be penalized for making me wait for 40 plus days and they should pay the compensation for making me to wait such a long days and still there is no any proper response.
