My son purchased optical from lenskart and paid the amount online. Door delivery agent showcased that we are not received the payment from lenskart and again requested for payment and he did the payment through Paytm , same has been complaints to lenskart and the amount refunded to SBI account in couple of days. On same day again amount deducted from account and walked in to branch and they are helpless because lenskart again requested back and amount has been deducted. So , bank team requested my son to follow up lenskart. He is doing it but amount not refunded back , lenskart complain on bank and bank complaining on lenskart from 07-Jan-2020 onwards but amount not returns back
