I have booked a ticket for my colleague on January 16 2022 seat no. LE1 Name: Raghu Ticket no: TR2H70118155 through redbus agent RKT travels Bus got delayed by 6 hours so he didn’t travel on the bus Till now no response from Redbus I’m really unsatisfied with Redbus I contacted Red bus today but they are refusing to provide any refund I want refund amount quickly
