I booked flight ticket by Travolook at 19 dec from lucknow to aizawl My reference number REF897031662 booking is cancelled by them so why my money is not refunded yet and i called many times on customer service number but they did not pick up my call I also mailed you so you advised to wait 10 to 15 days but on call your representative said to wait 7 to 10 days . This is my hard earned money why should they take my money so long I only give one day to refund my money back into my account because this is very big amount for me
