I’ve ordered Dr. Morepen Bp02 Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor (White) through amazon, which I Haven’t received my refund yet of 1,280/- . I’ve been following and calling for the last 16 days, but no one is responding to me properly.
I’ve sent him email with attached detail of of return and refund Most of them are not showing now on his amazon order page. that are clearly proving that they are exactly a fraud. I think they are not interested in refunding my money
The whole matter is written below :-
1. On 25th July I’ve received my BP monitoring machine of 1280/-
2. In this machine, I faced some problems, so I returned it to your seller. their seller came with a new one machine which one also i refused on 11th august.
3. As per their executive instruction, I’ve again raised the request on 11th August of refund.
On 12th august his guy came and picked up the original one monitoring machine from us, But I haven’t received any email and msg of your refund package yet.
4. but now the problem is I Haven’t received any refund from the last 16 days.Your seller is not updating any information and amazon team is also not taking any action regarding him.
So I’m generating complaint here.
I wanted to request you to look forward my problem and talk to Amazon team. it has been so long not to receive my refund.
