Dear sir,
i have ordered online from pullareddy sweets though zomato for rs.300/-,
Zomato has confirmed my order given order no. 1514598476, i had waited till one hour and called to pullareddy for my order they said pickup boy had picked up my order and went away, through zomato chatting i got pickup boy’s phone number 8712506070, i called him he said that i have not picked up his phone call, so he had returned my order to pullareddy sweets, same has been confirmed with pullareddy, they had confirmed that pickup boy returned my order and cancelled it, after few minutes i had received a message from zomato that my food was already prepared/dispatched, cancellation charge equal to order amount will be levied, how can it can be possible, please explain and request you to kindly check contact details of pickup boy, Zomato chatting and pullareddy sweets – Abids call register.
So, what i mean to say is i had made a call and put my efforts waited my time to followup with pullareddy, zomato and pickup boy for my order, nobody was bothering about my order, now,i want my money back its hard earn money.
