I have taken airtel broadband connection on 26-10-2020 but after paying they told 24 hours instillation nothing happens again called your customer care 4hey told 48 waited but no instillation even after 4 days also nothing has happened I call your customer care to cancelled repeatedly then at last on 5-11-2020 they took cancellation and told within 8 working day s amount shall be refunded but till date no refunds has been done this is the I’d what has been given 41696085408. pls look into the matter and refund the amount which I have paid 2828 thanks Kishore patri
