Hello, I booked three tickets from prayagraj to kiul but only one ticket is confirmed and two ticket also in waiting list , so in IRCTC rules if e-ticket not confirmed then money will refunded but IRCTC can’t refund my money. My train number is (when I travel) :- 04046 Humsafar express . Journey date:- 07/10/2021 from prayagraj to kiul.
