I have given order on 3rd May’23 vide order no 16830938150093972A and for this I have made prepayment however when order delivered on 5th may’23 few item not been delivered, hence refund for the same needs to be provided however Jio mart only provided refund for 1 item only after that from last 2 months I am continusoly following up for the same through calls or mails etc but they are not refunded the same.
I have attached screen shot of Jio app where it is clearly mentioned that short delivery of Rs 97 however refund has been given only 75 Rs , Rest 22 Rs not been refunded till date.
