I have been purchased a TCL 32″ Smart TV on 3rd November’2022 vide Order no Order No: 407-2050614-1477164 dated 31.10.2022 through amazon.in and an amount of Rs 11990/- has been paid through Online Mode. after the 10 days of delivery of the LED TV I have several time talk to amazon as well as TCL company for installation but nobody is taking initiative to install the same. Due uninstall, I was return to amazon on 12th Novemeber’ 2022 by the agent who has allotted by amazon.in. Till the date I have several times talk to the Customer Service of amazon.in since 15th November’2022 regarding refund of Rs 11990/- , the people of amazon cheating me and told me that your return is cancelled by the customer but which was pick-up the amazon agent on 12.11.2022. Always amazon people are harassing me and not refunded the same amount.
