Booked flight ticket from Paytm and was cancelled by Airline due to Pandemic.
Paytm Booking ID : 9805797504 PNR-EKJUHQ
The refund was made by Airline long back (attached screenshot) as per conversation with Airline Indigo. But Paytm is not refunding and crediting amount back till date.
Always getting excuses from there side and more of the time they are not available on email and Phone (0120 4880880 ).
Could you please help to get my refund as i need to book my next new ticket.
