My goair flight PNR KC3T9A was cancelled, in May 2023, the refund is still pending. In June I called the Goibibo customer care to inform that the source account (Axis) has been closed, they told me to send screen shot of Ac closure (which I did), I also sent details of new account. But they created another ticket on June 8th!! But till now the refun dis not come.
