Sir/ Ma’am,
I am reaching out to discuss about my query regarding the flight refund. I had booked my flight tickets from an travel agent company happy fares (Pune – Delhi) but due to extreme weather conditions on 21st January, 2024 our flight got cancelled. After that we cancelled our flight and asked for full refund. It’s been one month and half and we didn’t received refunded amount yet. We were trying to reach out to happy fares about so many times but they are not responding, one of their (happy fares) agent told us that Spicjet hasn’t transferred out money to them and today we reached out to spicejet customer care service, they told us that our money has been transferred to happy fares on 22nd January, 2024.
