I booked a flight ticket via Paytm in Air India but my flight was rescheduled so I asked for cancellation and refund. It has been more than 2 months now I have been waiting for my refund but not yet received. I have contacted to customer care for couple of times but they are always making excuses. My booking id is 10545617515 and case number is 176887208. Kindly look in the matter and process my refund as soon as possible.
