I ordered the watch (Fossil gen 5) and got the fake product(Fossil Gen-6) which is not yet released anywhere in the globe. Hence, I returned the product and the return request was approved after certain formalities and thereafter replacement product was ordered and shipped. But the replacement order got cancelled today and the return period ended on 14th August 2021 itself.
I also got a mail regarding the same, informing that if I paid through debit/credit/gift card, I will get the refund in mentioned period of time. There was no information regarding payment through COD. Also, there is nothing mentioning refund and pickup date in MY ORDERS section in the Flipkart app.
But, I paid through COD.
So, how will I get my refund and when will the fake product be picked up?
Kindly, resolve the issue ASAP.
