Hi,

I am Shivendra Chaubey my Vodafone no. Is 7289044241. I have recharge my mobile no. by Vodafone app. My first two transaction was failed on 9th may 2020 and then after I call to customers care and explain my problem and he advises my to try again for recharge and deduction against fail recharge will refund with 7days working but, still refund not credit and I have written mail to Vodafone customers care with full details and deduction slip against fail transaction. They people not resolve my problems and support me. Please help me to get my refund.
