Text of Complaint by Ketan Kadam:

I bought JBL Bluetooth Earphone from the Flipkart “Order ID: OD122431142345877000” on dated 28/07/2021. I found some flaws in it, I immediately requested product replacement the next day, it was also completed. I also found a defect in the product that was replaced instead; I immediately informed customer care executive again through the website. And now I am being given various promises, but they have not been implemented yet. I have asked for a refund from them many times, but I have had to face rejection every time.
I would like to inform you that to date, three technicians have visited, at least 15-20 customer care team calls have been made.

Recently I have filed a complaint about it in two places, because I can’t afford to spend my money on such a defective product.
