I had booked a bus ticket on 3rd april of departure on 8th april 19:00 pm from vadodara to jaipur , due to some reason i wanted to cancel the ticket on 5th april but due to some technical issue couldn’t do so on the paytm app ,and hence i raised a complaint on customer support on 6th april (i.e. before departure date of bus travel) , now paytm reverts back with the same on 11th april responding that my ticket pnr was booked under non-cancellable trip but such was not mentioned while booking the ticket, when i spoke to the bus operator he denied there being any complaint raised against my pnr booking id and said that only paytm can refund my money, but paytm keeps reverting back with the same message”pnr booked under non cancellable trip”, in this whole process it took about almost a whole month but i have not yet recived my money back.
please help me with the same it was not my fault because it was a tech issue on paytm’s end
