Order delivered but in very very bad condition, most glass are cracked just like sand of glass.
I want to return this full order & get a refund.
This is First time that pepperfry packaging is too bad, just wrap bubble wrap paper otherwise I am a FAN of Pepperfry packaging.

It’s been 14-15 days since I complained but the only answer I get is that we will solve your problem within 48 hours, but it’s not happening, 15 days have passed.
Please Solve my problem as soon as possible
