I had trusted Future group and the Bigbazar team and availed Profit club card by paying hard earned money worth ₹10,000 .
Card details is as below:

End Date: 31/07/2023
Status: Active
Current month Balance: ₹5046.60/-
Total Balance: ₹11046.60/-
I visited the the same Bigbazar Center last month but it is replaced by some Reliance outlet. I had call with your customer care number 1800 266 2255 after hearing shutdown things in feb/march month where your executive had suggested not to worry about it, the things will be taken care by Reliance but here they are denying for the same.
I tried reaching the same customer care number 1800 266 2255 but its switched off now.
