Hi,
I had booked a air ticket from IXB to GOI in travolook.in on 2nd January 2022. After paying 5643 from my credit card, I got a message stating my booking has been cancelled.
I kept following up with the support agent regarding refund for many weeks. I am not getting my refund just I get reply that it will be credited in a week.
